Training Log Update 10/30/2011 Prowler - 6 trips Stretching - 30 minutes Kroc Rows - worked up to 200lbs for 20 reps/arm (this is an all-time record) Music - Necrophagia (Black Blood Vomitorium EP) and Marduk (Rom 5:12) This is my first "real" workout at The Five Points Attitude Adjustment Academy.
