It's a good day today - finally had some closure with my ongoing shoulder injury. I had two MRI's on Wednesday - this was not fun for me as I am horribly claustrophobic. Got the results Friday and am going to have surgery in January. So in honor of having a bad shoulder, I did some pressing. FB Bar Press - 3x5 week Barbell Rows - 5 sets of 5-10 reps Ironically, my shoulder felt great. Thanks to all the people at the OSU hospital for their help and thanks to the many workers who helped me find my way through the ridiculous amount of construction.
