Training Log of Doom

This is the first day back to training from surgery.  Thankfully, I've had some good people surrounding me that have kept me on the straight and narrow regarding training and recovery.  So thank you to Will Ramsey and my Partner in Felonies, Juliet Deane.  Everytime I get a little overzealous one (or both) of these people keep me grounded. Everything so far has been passive ROM work - Juliet holding my elbow and wrist and moving the arm in a variety of ways.  This will continue for a very long time.  There is little need for anything else - I'd rather let my body heal than do something to compromise this.  Workout
  • SS Bar Squat - work up to 275 for 12 reps
  • GM - 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Neck - 1 set of 50 reps
