Friday Training - Deadlift/Bench Press
Deadlift - regular 5/3/1 sets then worked up to 505 for 5 reps (shown)
Bench Press - worked up to 195 for 16 reps
Assistance work - None. Pegg came over last night and stayed until 4am. I had to delouse my home of the Limp and not do anything super awful (assistance work).
