5/3/1 and Prowler Testimonial
I know this is not a question. I just wanted to say thanks for giving me back my love of the gym. I been a lifter for 10 years. I been running your program for about 6 months. No more dragging myself into the gym and going through the motions. Can't wait to get to the gym and set a PR. Straight forward, focused plan for strength lifters that does not require a degree from MIT to keep up with and understand.
Secondly and I think this speaks to your whole philosophy of getting focused on the important stuff. I read a couple of your conditioning articles, and as a guy that would rather chew broken glass than get on a tread mill, I was really intrigued by the Prowler but I just looked at the price. Then I read an atricle you wrote basicaly chastising everyone who thinks that way. That's when your methodology really kicked in for me. What's going to make me better, a Prowler, or half a dozen bar tabs and other material shit that clogs my life. Saved my money and bam. By far and away the best and most fun conditioning tool I have ever encountered, and much like the Grinch's heart, don't you just feel like your balls grow three sizes when you're pushing a weigted sled up and down the street. "Oh hi bob nice day. You taking your dog for a walk? Me? I'm just going to push this sled to the end of the block and back" Love it!
Anyway just thanks for the program, thanks for the focus, but most of all thanks for the bitch slap that got me out of performing like a bitch.
