Monday Training

  • Deadlift - 5/3/1 sets/reps, worked up to new 8RM
  • SS Bar Squat - 3 sets of 5 reps
  • GM's - 3 sets of 10 reps
 

Wednesday Training

  • Press - 5/3/1 sets/reps, worked up to new 10RM (see video)
  • Bench - 5 sets of 10 reps, also new 7RM
  • Rows/Chins/Shoulder Complex -3o0 reps
