Welcome to the Wendler Physical Education Class. Your participation is voluntary but discipline and effort is always required. In the next few decades you will be required to do the following:
Squat, deadlift, press a barbell (flat/standing), perform a lot of chins, rows, dips and push-ups. Also you will learn how to jump on/over boxes, throw medicine balls and how to sprint hills/stairs like a rabid bear is chasing you. Don't forget sleds and Prowlers! You will learn how to load these and push/pull until are in danger of making a B.M. in your shorts. Note: B.M's should be solid.
