I bet Gabe at this year's Arnold Classic and posted before about his amazing progress and blog.  The year is up and you can read about his progress and his results here.  His goals prior to the starting the program were: Squat: 450 Bench: 300 Deadlift: 500 Under his own admission, he thought these goals were "pipe dreams." After a year of training with the 5/3/1 program, his lifts were: Squat: 515 Bench: 300 Deadlift: 565 His body also went from a "skinny fat" of 164 pounds to a very muscular 184.  You can check out his body transformation on his website.  The improvement of his body and his lifts were amazing.  Congratulations to Gabriel on making an amazing commitment to himself and his goals.  This is a testament to smart and hard work.  Thank you to Gabriel for trusting the program.  I appreciate it.
