5/3/1 Tops the List - Most Popular Programs

Get on the Winning Team

It's been over 6 years since it has been released and the 5/3/1 program shows no sign of slowing down. I'd like to thank all the people who have tried it and embraced the principles as part of their life long training. 5/3/1  has evolved greatly - the new book will show a "sophistication" to the program that I think people have seen coming without ever losing sight of the 4 main principles that are the anchor. Thank you to everyone that help make this possible; bringing some simple, intelligent training and habits to the world is always a good thing. Click here to read the article by Dave Tate/EFS - thanks to Dave for his continued support.

For those that are coming up into the industry, read what Dave wrote about the program and the "marketing". I had answered over 100,000 questions BEFORE the book was ever released. This increased to averaging something like 400 EFS Q/A questions/month. Add in another 500+ emails/month for 8-9 years and you'll see how trying to help is more important than popular marketing.

I had no idea I'd write a book - I just love training. And I still do. And as you become more and more popular and try to help others, you will be hated by more and more. It is just part of the game and it's good to know that you will occupy the mind/time of total losers who hang on to your every word. They are just waiting to comment and send you something shitty.  Conor McGregor recently said something important: "Winners focus on winning. Losers focus on winners." Seems to be about right.
