I used to believe that any training problem (or really any kind of problem) can be solved by squats and hill sprints.* I realize that this is very short sighted and ignorant. I now believe that any problem can be solved by squats and hills OR Prowler pushes.
Maturity is a wonderful thing.
*Hill sprints = sprinting up a very steep hill. A "hill" doesn't mean any elevated surface on which you run.
